Is online payment secure?

Yes, it is. When you place an order on the website, we guarantee a fully secured environment. All electronic payments are processed by Ogone Ingenico, using SSL technology.

What about privacy ?

You need to create an account on www.balibaris.com to place an order. Nevertheless, we will only use the information we collect about you legally. Your personal data will not be sold to any database companies. If you want us to erase all your personal data, you just need to contact us: service-client@balibaris.com. Balibaris fully complies with legal obligation regarding privacy and CNIL (French organism, registration n°1464405)

 

4. CREATING AN ACCOUNT ON BALIBARIS

How do I create a new account?

Click on “My account” on top of homepage and follow instructions to create a new account. You will then receive an email confirming your inscription.

I lost my password.

Click and “My account” and then on “Forgot password?” A new password will be sent to you by email. If you can’t access your account, you can also write us : service-client@balibaris.com

My login and password do not work, what should I do?

Check your login and your password in the confirmation email you received after your inscription. This website uses cookie technology and you need to turn on your cookies to use your account. You can also write us: service-client@balibaris.com

How should I do if your personal data need to be modified?

Check into your account and you can easily modify your personal data.

You can indicate several addresses into your account if you want to have your order delivered to your office for example.

On its online concept-store, Balibaris is offering its own collection and a selection of featured brands: Veja®, New Balance®, Timex®, Opening Ceremony® or Sanders®…

What should I do if one product is out of stock?

If one product is out of stock, you can ask us to send you an email when it is available again.

How should I choose my correct size?

Please use the size guide available on each page of the e-shop.

6. ORDERING FROM BALIBARIS

How can I pay ?

You can pay with the following debit/credit cards : Visa/Carte Bleue/Master Card, American Express via the secured HiPay payment system. You can also use Paypal, e-gift cards and credit notes as well as payment by instalments with a credit card through Alma, as long as you cart is worth between 200 euros and 1500 euros and your credit card is either French or Belgian. We do not accept bank cheques.

How can I use a voucher?

You just need to enter it before payment on your shopping bag page.

How do I know if my order is taken into account?

You will receive confirmation email.

How fast my order is shipped?

All orders received before 1.00 p.m should be sent that day.

 

7.SHIPPING METHODS

How much are the shipping charges?

We have five delivery options available:

CLIC AND COLLECT IN BALIBARIS SHOPS
The “Click & Collect” service offers you a delivery in one of our Balibaris shops in France. This shipping option is free, and your parcel will be delivered from 2 to 8 days.  

MONDIAL RELAY IN STORES IN FRANCE

With the Mondial Relay service, you can choose one of their pick-up points in France. Your parcel will be delivered between 3 to 5 days after the expedition and this option is totally free.

STANDARD SHIPMENTS IN FRANCE
Through "La Poste Colissimo" service. It will cost you €6.5 and will be delivered in 2 to 3 business day after order validation. Free from 100€.

EXPRESS SHIPMENTS IN FRANCE
Throuh "TNT" service. It will cost you €12 and will be delivered in 24h business day after order validation*.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (WORLDWIDE)
Through "La Poste Colissimo International" service, it will cost you €12 in Europe and €18 for the rest of the world and will be delivered in 4 to 6 days after order validation. Free from 250€ for Europe only.

All orders received before 1.00pm should be sent the sent day.

 

Where/How/How much/How long?

How to track my order?

As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive e-mail with a tracking number. You can also find your tracking number in your account.

I have not received my order…what should I do?

If you are not home when the postman tries to deliver the parcel, you will get a delivery notice in your mailbox. This notice will tell you when the postman will try to deliver the parcel again or in which post office the parcel is available. Sometimes, it happens that the postman doesn’t let any delivery notice. This is why we advise you to check regularly the status of your shipment using the tracking number that has been sent to you. If any doubts, please contact us.

 

8. Returns and refunds

How to return?

You have fifteen (15) days to change your mind. Before doing anything, please contact us to: service-client@balibaris.com.

If you wish to send back one or several items, please send the items that have been worn in their original packaging:

Return fees are not covered by Balibaris.

If you received altered products, Balibaris will of course send you new items. Send us an email: service-client@balibaris.com

When will I receive my refund ?

You shall receive your refund within fourteen (14) days after our warehouse received and verified your return parcel. Refunds are made with the order payment method, either via credit on your payment card or via Paypal, or credit note if you used a credit note or an e-gift card as a payment method.

The size isn't the right one, is it possible to exchange it?

If the piece ordered doesn't fit or you wish to change the color, we can't proceed to the exchange directly. We invite you to follow the usual return process and then place a new order on the e-shop.
