1. SHIPPING

 

Our warehouse prepares and send the orders from Monday to Friday. Please note that all the orders placed from Friday evening to Sunday evening will be send the following week. You can take this information into account when calculating your delivery date. 

Please note that you will receive the order invoice by email.

 

Standard shipping

Through the international service of Colissimo La Poste. This service will be free for any order above £250 and will cost £9,9 for all orders below £250. Concerning the delivery time, count between 5 and 6 days. 

 

 

2. RETURNS

 

Return period and conditions

You have up to 15 days to change your mind after your received your parcel, as stated by the transporter, to ask for a return.

If that time expires on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it is expanded until the next working day.

Please make sure that all returned products are still labelled, in their original packaging and neither worn, washed nor damaged.

If all those conditions are met, you shall receive your refund within fourteen (14) days after our warehouse received and verified your return parcel. Refunds are made with the order payment method, either via credit on your payment card or via Paypal.

 

Can I return my e-shop purchase in a Balibaris shop ?

Returns for purchases made on our website are not possible in Balibaris shops. Please follow the Internet return procedure below.

 

How can I return my Balibaris physical shop purchase ?

Returns for purchases made in a physical Balibaris shop are only possible in physical shops.

 

Are e-shop return fees free ?

The returns fees are not offered for the parcels delivered to the UK.

 

How to return e-shop purchases from the UK ?

Sign in to your Balibaris account on www.balibaris.co.uk and go to the tab « My orders ».

Select the order and then the product(s) you want to return. Please fill in the return reason textbox and validate your return request.

Once your return request has been approved by Balibaris, you can send it to the address :

Print the invoice you received by email when confirming your order in the return parcel. Go to the nearest Post Office to drop your parcel within 15 days after the confirmation of your return.

 

When will I receive my refund ? 

You shall receive your refund within fourteen (14) days after our warehouse received and verified your return parcel. Refunds are made with the order payment method, either via credit on your payment card or via Paypal, or credit note if you used a credit note or an e-gift card as a payment method.
